Our products are shipped directly from the EasyBlock headquarters or its logistics partners in Italy. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days, and delivery times range from 5-7 business days.

We use an express, tracked courier to provide you with the best service and experience possible.

• We accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of the goods.
• Returned goods must be accompanied by a completed return form.
• Returned goods must be unused and sent back in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that returns arrive to us in the same condition in which they were sent.
• The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returning the items; we do not offer free returns.
